South East London is a region of London that was officially used from 2008 - 2011, as part of the "Further Alterations to the London Plan". It contains the boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham, and Southwark. According to Wikipedia, the region is made up of a population of 1.3 million inhabitants.
